Execute all secondary trade distribution deals
Preparation of Risk Participation Certificates for finalised transactions
Be accountable for end to end deal documentation, which includes negotiating documents with multiple client banks and insurance brokers.
Responsible for checking transaction status at maturity and follow up with branches and operations till settlement.
Responsible for MIS shared with Risk, Relationship team.
Responsible for handling documents for all trade transactions bought in the secondary market
To ensure all transaction details are up to date and pipeline is maintained
Support FI business for other matters as required
