Key Responsibilities
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Prepare financial statements, P&L;, balance sheet reviews, manufacturing cost reports, inventory reports, and budget variance analyses.
Manage cash flow forecasts, accounts receivable, collections, and working capital.
Develop annual budgets, operating plans, forecasts, and financial projections.
Oversee factory finance, product costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing variances, overhead allocation, and fixed assets.
Partner with operations and business leaders to improve profitability, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Manage banking relationships, payments, foreign exchange transactions, and bank guarantees.
Ensure compliance with GST, corporate taxation, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and statutory requirements.
Manage intercompany accounting, cross-border transactions, and reconciliations.




Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain solid financial controls.
Lead and develop the finance and administration team.
Drive ERP optimization, process automation, reporting improvements, and digital initiatives.
Support capital expenditure analysis, investment evaluations, and cost containment initiatives.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
Skilled qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred.
8 12 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including 3 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
Manufacturing industry experience is required.
Solid knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, cost accounting, and financial compliance.
