Experience in selling Personal Loans or Credit Cards is mandatory.
Qualification: Graduation / HSC
Solid sales and communication skills.
Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs.
Working HoursShift Window: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Weekly Off: Rotational
CompensationCTC: Up to ₹30,000–₹32,000 per month in hand, depending on experience and suitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales of Personal Loans / Credit Card products.
Generate and follow up with potential customers.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure timely follow-ups.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
