Co-Founding AI Engineer — Investment Opportunity

Chennai | Cubemate AI

We are looking for 2–3 people who want to build an AI company with us.

You don't have to be an experienced AI engineer.

In fact, you don't even need an engineering background.

What matters most to us is:
Excellent communication skills

You must be able to communicate clearly, confidently and professionally — both verbally and in writing.
Ability and willingness to learn

We will train you in AI engineering, including Python, ML, LLMs, RAG, AI applications and cloud technologies.
Willingness to invest

This is an investment-based prospect, not a salaried fresher job. You should be prepared to make a financial investment and a serious time commitment.
Ownership mindset

We are looking for people who want to build, take responsibility and eventually grow into a Co-Founding AI Engineer role.

What we offer
Hands-on AI engineering training
Real product development with Cubemate
Mentoring and technical guidance
Opportunity to work on a live AI product
Path toward an AI Engineer / Co-Founding Engineer role

Potential equity / ESOP participation based on contribution and mutual agreement

Who should apply

You could be:
A graduate from a non-engineering background
A fresher
Someone changing careers into AI
A developer wanting to move into AI
Someone who has learned technology independently

Your degree is not our primary filter. Your communication, learning ability and ownership mindset are.

Important

This is not a conventional employment opportunity and it is not a free training course.

There is a financial investment involved, and the exact structure, training, responsibilities, equity/ESOP prospect and terms will be discussed transparently with shortlisted candidates.

If you can communicate exceptionally well, are responsible about learning AI, and genuinely want to build a company rather than simply find a job, we'd like to talk to you.

Apply with your profile and a short introduction about yourself.
