The E-commerce Manager will own the end-to-end operations of our online storefront. This role blends digital marketing, website merchandising, data analysis, and basic logistics management to drive online sales growth and improve customer retention.

Hard Skills
Platform experience: Hands-on proficiency with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce.
Analytics tools: Competence using Google Analytics to pull reports and make data-driven decisions.
Marketing tools: Basic experience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing software

Soft Skills
Adaptability: Comfortable shifting from a strategic mindset (planning a launch) to execution (troubleshooting a website bug) on the same day.
