Key Responsibilities
Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Create and publish posts, reels, videos and promotional content.
Generate business leads through digital platforms.
Manage WhatsApp marketing and customer enquiries.
Handle Google Business Profile and improve online visibility.
Run and monitor Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
Perform basic SEO and keyword research.
Coordinate website content and updates.
Track leads, campaign performance and monthly results.
Research competitors and identify recent digital marketing opportunities.
Maintain regular reports of leads,
