Responsibilities
Supervise the Day to Day Production
Monitor raw materials, production output, wastage, and finished stock.
Ensure hygiene, food safety, quality checks, and production records are maintained.
Visit production facilities and vendors in other cities as required.
Requirements
Experience supervising production in a food manufacturing or processing facility.
Willingness to travel regularly between cities.
Hindi speaking ability is mandatory. Tamil and English communication skills are preferred.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience with ready-to-eat foods, retort processing, or packaged foods is an advantage.
