About the Role

Vritti Solutions is looking for freshers to join our team as Management Trainees – ERP Sales. The role involves understanding our ERP solution, identifying potential customers, generating leads, understanding client requirements, and supporting the Sales Manager in converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, online research, networking and other channels.

• Connect with potential business customers and understand their requirements.

• Explain the ERP product and its key features to prospective clients.

• Support the Sales Manager in product presentations and client meetings.

• Schedule and coordinate product demos with prospective customers.

• Visit clients when required to understand their business requirements and support the sales process.

• Qualify leads and ensure timely follow-ups.

• Prepare basic requirement notes and coordinate with the sales/product team.





• Maintain lead and customer information in the CRM.

• Work closely with the Sales Manager to move qualified leads towards closure.

• Comfortable speaking with customers and making outbound calls.
