Key Responsibilities
Study tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
Prepare detailed cost estimations for materials, labor, equipment, and services.
Analyze project requirements and identify scope of work.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions.
