Job SummaryWe are looking for a Calling Agent with good communication skills and strong Hindi language proficiency to handle calls, follow-ups, and coordination activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and handle incoming calls as required.
Communicate clearly and professionally in Hindi.
Explain requirements, processes, and information effectively over calls.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain proper communication.
Coordinate with the concerned teams for updates and follow-ups.
Maintain call records and update information in Excel/internal systems.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
Required SkillsGood verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




Hindi speaking is mandatory.
Basic English communication skills.
Valuable listening and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
Positive attitude and skilled communication.
Ability to work with daily targets.
EligibilityEducation: 12th Pass / Graduate.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in Telecalling, Calling, Recruitment Calling, BPO, or Coordination will be an advantage.
