Job Role – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, consultants and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate selection processes.
Manage salary discussions and offer negotiations.
Prepare and issue offer letters after approval.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment pipeline.
Track open positions and ensure timely closure.
Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports.
Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external hiring agencies.
Develop talent pools for current and future requirements.
Support employee referral and employer branding initiatives.
Ensure recruitment within approved manpower and salary budgets.
Monitor recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Offer Acceptance and Joining Ratio.
