Growing Star Consulting is seeking a dedicated Customer Support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Duties include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.

The Customer

Support representative will also assist customers with placing orders and processing returns. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work well in a quick-paced environment. - Provide customer support via email, phone, and live chat

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product or service related questions




- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
- Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve department goals.

Salary : 23k-30k
