As a Customer Support Executive at VU Job Solution, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that their needs are met and their experience with our company is positive. - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and chat

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively

- Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and response times
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in customer support procedures
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
