Role Description: The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for developing and executing CRM strategies to strengthen client relationships and enhance customer loyalty for the brand. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer data, segmenting client profiles, tracking customer interactions, and designing targeted communication and engagement campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer communication and queries professionally.





Coordinate customer orders and requirements with the internal team.

Prepare and maintain production slips using Excel.

Follow up on orders, production status, and delivery timelines.

Maintain accurate customer and order records.
