Process: International Telecom – US / UK ( Chat / Voice ) Saprate

Shift: 24/7 Rotational

Experience: Minimum 1 Year International Voice Experience

Salary: ₹4.5 – ₹6.5LPA

Transport: 2-Way Cab within transport boundary

Job Responsibilities

- Handle international customer queries through Voice / Chat support.
- Assist customers with telecom services, plans, billing and account-related queries.
- Troubleshoot basic telecom/service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Maintain quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow process guidelines and company policies.

Eligibility




- UG/ Graduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1 year International Voice Process experience.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Willing to work from office.
