Job Title: Customer Support Executive – E-commerce Voice Process

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: Minimum 1 Year – Voice Process Mandatory

Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

CTC: Up to ₹4.50 LPA

In-Hand Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹32,000 per month

Process: E-commerce Voice Process

Shift: Rotational

Transport: Both-Side Cab Facility

ROLE SNAPSHOT

Handle customer queries for a premium UK-based electronics and retail process. Provide accurate information, document customer interactions, resolve concerns, and deliver a premium customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle customer queries through an international voice process.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, and services.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions accurately.




- Maintain high-quality customer service standards.

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Minimum 1 year of voice process experience is mandatory.
- Good international voice communication skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Willingness to work from Gurgaon.
