We are hiring candidates with International Taxation experience for a Blended Customer Support (Voice & Chat ) role in Gurugram!

? Mandatory: International Taxation experience ( Minimum 6 months)

? Role: Customer Support – Blended (Voice & Chat)

? Education: Graduation mandatory

? Work Mode: Work From Office – Gurugram

? Working Days: 5 days a week

? Shifts: Rotational shifts & rotational week-offs

? Cab Facility: Both-side cab

? Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

? Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and provide effective resolutions through voice and chat support.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during every interaction.
- Follow defined processes, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information accurately.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction parameters.
