Customer Support Executive – drivr drivr is a driver-booking service that helps customers book professional drivers for their own cars. We are looking for a friendly, responsible and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Indore.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls and WhatsApp queries professionally.
- Assist customers with driver booking-related queries.
- Help customers understand booking options, charges and services.
- Coordinate with drivers regarding customer bookings.
- Follow up on active and completed bookings when required.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
- Escalate important issues to the concerned team.
- Maintain accurate customer and booking information.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding their bookings.
- Maintain a polite, professional and helpful communication style.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable talking to customers over phone calls.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Ability to use WhatsApp and basic office applications.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.




- Patient and polite while handling customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers can apply.

Preferred

- Previous experience in customer support, telecalling, BPO, hospitality, e-commerce or a similar role will be an advantage.
- Experience handling customer calls or booking-related queries is preferred.
