- Graduate candidates only
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service/voice process experience must be on paper
- Immediate joiners preferred
- No freshers
- No undergraduates
- Candidates must be fluent in Hindi & English
- No other languages required/accepted
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English

- Working Days: 6 days
- Week Off: 1 rotational week off
- Shift: General Shift
- Work Location: Smartworks, Marathahalli, Bangalore
CTC: 27,000 per month Approx. In-Hand: 21,700 per month (along with other perks)
