About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle international customers through calls, chats, and emails and provide timely solutions to their queries.

Key Responsibilities

Handle international customer queries and complaints.

Provide qualified support through calls, chats, and emails.

Maintain customer records and follow up on issues.

Coordinate with internal teams for resolutions.

Requirements

Excellent English communication skills. (Mandatory)

Good listening and problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge.

Comfortable working in the 9 PM – 6 AM night shift.

Customer-focused and professional attitude.
