Level: Advisor / Associate

Location- Hyderabad

Experience - 0- 2 yrs (Both Freshers and International Chat

Experienced candidates can apply)

Shifts - rotational night shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)

2-way cab facility provided

Education - HSC/Inter, Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates ( Must not be pursuing regular education)

- Respond to customer inquiries via chat (non-voice)
- Resolve issues with transparent, concise, and grammatically sound written communication
- Maintain high-quality service standards with timely responses
- Ability to handle multiple chats simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Candidates should not have any planned leave during the first 3 months.
