About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to help Tigg users get the best experience from our platform.

You will work directly with customers to understand their questions, solve accounting and software related issues, guide them through Tigg features, and make sure their concerns are properly followed through to resolution.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a valuable understanding of basic accounting, and is interested in building a career at the intersection of accounting, technology, and customer experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

- Support customers through phone, help desk, email, and other support channels.

- Understand customer issues and provide clear and timely solutions.

- Help users with accounting workflows, transactions, reports, and Tigg features.

- Troubleshoot software, configuration, and operational issues.

- Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate internal team and follow up until resolution.

- Maintain proper records of customer issues and resolutions.

- Identify recurring customer problems and share feedback with the product and customer experience teams.





- Continuously learn new Tigg features and help customers use the platform effectively.

Required Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

- Fresh graduates and candidates with more than 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

- Basic understanding of accounting, bookkeeping, invoicing, payments, and financial transactions.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable using computers, web applications, and digital tools.

- Previous experience in customer service, accounting software, bookkeeping, or technical support is an advantage.
