- Freshers: Up to ₹30,000 CTC
- Experienced: Up to ₹34,000 CTC

? Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
- For experienced candidates, minimum 6 months of BPO/Customer Support experience is preferred.
- Experience in International Voice, Hospitality, E-commerce, or Customer Support will be an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
- C1-level US Voice Versant proficiency is required.

? Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice and non-voice channels.




- Provide qualified and accurate resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

? Working Days & Shifts
- 5.5 Days Working
- Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Offs

? Cab Facility
- Females: One-sided cab facility during applicable odd-hour shifts.
- Males: ₹180 cab allowance per eligible night shift.
