Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Associates for the TR – SQ (Specialized Queue) process in Gurugram. We are looking for candidates with relevant International BPO experience and mandatory Taxation process exposure . The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions through a blended Voice & Chat process , providing accurate information, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Voice and Chat channels in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions related to taxation and process-specific queries.
- Understand customer requirements and resolve issues within the defined process guidelines.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow all process, quality, compliance, and data-security guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update relevant systems.




- Achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced International BPO environment.
- Candidates with relevant Taxation + International BPO experience will be preferred.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience .
- Taxation process experience is mandatory .
- Prior experience in a Blended Voice & Chat process will be preferred.
- Graduation is mandatory .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of customer service practices.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs .
- Candidates who are available for immediate joining will be preferred.

Important Note Taxation experience + International BPO experience is mandatory for this position. Candidates without relevant Taxation experience may not be considered.
