Eligibility

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Travel Process / Travel Industry
- Undergraduates are also eligible
- Candidates should have good communication skills
- Comfortable working in day/night shifts
- Willingness to work from the Gurugram, Sector 30 location

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to travel bookings, reservations, cancellations and changes
- Assist customers with flight/travel-related information and provide appropriate solutions
- Manage customer requests through calls and other communication channels
- Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards and company policies




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Meet defined productivity, quality and customer service targets
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams whenever required

- Strong verbal and written communication
- Good understanding of the travel process
- Customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customer queries
- Basic computer and internet skills
- Good listening and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in rotational/day/night shifts
