Core Roles and Responsibilities
Tool Design and Modification: Create and update blueprints or digital models for molds, dies, and fixtures using CAD software.
Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine checks and fix damaged equipment to reduce factory downtime.
Inventory Control: Track and organize spare parts, raw materials, and finished tools so they are ready when needed.
Troubleshooting: Fix unexpected issues with machinery or tools during active production runs.
Quality and Safety: Ensure all manufactured parts and tools meet strict safety guidelines and accurate design measurements.
Vendor Management: Coordinate with external suppliers for material deliveries, cost quotes, and current equipment.
Pay: ₹13,237.57 - ₹47,297.43 per month
