● Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about projects, properties or services using calling scripts and email templates

● Understand customer needs and requirements. Enter and update customer information in the CRM.





● Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales agent for further development and closure

● Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
