Production Head – Agrochemical Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
Lead complete production operations at the Sayakha manufacturing plant.
Achieve production targets with focus on Safety, Quality, Cost & Delivery.
Manage batch/process manufacturing of agrochemical products, intermediates and formulations.
Optimize yield, productivity, cycle time, manpower and plant capacity.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP/quality systems and EHS requirements.
Drive reduction in batch rejection, reprocessing, downtime and production losses.
Lead process improvement, debottlenecking, cost reduction and productivity initiatives.
Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, EHS, Engineering, Supply Chain and Planning.
Manage,



develop and motivate production teams across shifts.
Ensure secure handling and processing of hazardous chemicals.
Monitor production KPIs and implement corrective actions for performance gaps.

Candidate Profile
15–20+ years of experience in Agrochemical / Chemical / Specialty Chemical manufacturing.
Minimum 5 years in a Production leadership/Plant operations role.
Strong experience in process/batch manufacturing and plant operations.
Valuable knowledge of process safety, EHS, quality, yield improvement and cost optimization.
Strong leadership, problem-solving and team-management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹2,500,000.00 per year
