Role Description The Customer Service Sales Representative is a full time remote role responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer interactions while supporting sales objectives. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing product and service information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

The role involves identifying customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, and guiding prospects through the sales process to close deals or set qualified appointments. The representative will document interactions in CRM systems, follow up on leads, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience. This position requires consistent performance against service and sales targets while maintaining clear, courteous, and accurate communication.

Qualifications

- Customer service and client support skills, including active listening, empathy, and conflict resolution.
- Sales and negotiation skills,



with experience in lead follow-up, upselling, cross-selling, or closing deals.
- Strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English and professional phone etiquette.
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM or ticketing systems, email platforms, and online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks or queues.
- Attention to detail, accurate data entry, and consistent documentation of customer interactions.
- Experience in BPO, call center, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.
- Availability to work full-time with flexibility for different time zones or schedules based on client needs.
