Role Description The Customer Service Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This position is responsible for handling customer inquiries, explaining products and services, and guiding clients through the investment process. Day-to-day tasks include responding to phone calls and walk-in queries, providing accurate information, maintaining client records, and supporting sales activities by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.

The role also involves following up with prospective and existing clients, assisting with documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.



The associate is expected to meet service and sales targets while upholding ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
