Role & responsibilities -

Handle customer enquiries for domestic travel packages.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable destinations, packages, hotels, and itineraries.

Generate and follow up on leads through calls.

Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.

Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.

Coordinate with operations, hotels, airlines, and other travel partners.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Preferred candidate profile -

1+ year of experience in travel sales preferred.

Good communication and convincing skills.

Knowledge of domestic destinations and travel packages.

Solid customer-handling and negotiation skills.

Comfortable working with sales targets.

Good knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.

Immediate joiners may be preferred.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
