Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Record and update customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the CRM/HRMS or relevant system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior team member.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues efficiently.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet defined customer service, response time, and quality targets.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to the relevant teams.
- Follow company policies, processes, and customer service standards.

Requirements

- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented attitude with good listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/customer support tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good time-management and multitasking skills.
