Shift Timing: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our USA Customer Service – Email & Chat Process.

Handle customer queries through email and chat.

Provide prompt, professional and accurate resolutions.

Understand customer concerns and ensure a positive experience.

Maintain proper communication and follow process guidelines.

Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Maintain quality and productivity standards.

Comfortable working with international/US customers.

Valuable written and verbal communication skills.

Good typing and computer skills.

Minimum typing speed of 50 WPM is required.

Prior experience in international customer service/BPO will be an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
