Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Mumbai.

The Customer Service

Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide information about HVAC installation and repair services. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling appointments, coordinating with technicians, updating service records, and following up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues. The role involves managing customer concerns, explaining service options and pricing clearly, and maintaining accurate documentation in CRM or related systems.



The individual will collaborate with operations and sales teams to provide a seamless customer experience and support overall service efficiency.

Qualifications

- Ability to deliver strong Customer Service and maintain high Customer Satisfaction.
- Experience in Customer Support and handling Customer Service Representatives duties.
- Skills in managing and enhancing Customer Experience across multiple touchpoints.
- Explicit and professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort using CRM tools and basic office software for logging and tracking interactions.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, empathetic approach to resolving concerns.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate effectively with technical and operations teams.
- Prior experience in HVAC, home services, or a related service industry is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a degree or diploma in business, communications, or related field is beneficial us

Work experience : 2yrs to 8yrs

Salary budget : 3Lpa to 6Lpa
