? Position: Executive – Voice of Customer (VOC)
? Location: Sector 135, Noida
? Work Mode: Work from Office
? Salary: ₹25,000 per month
? Working Days: 6 days a week
? Eligibility: Graduate in any stream
? Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls from buyers and sellers professionally
- Resolve customer queries, grievances and account-related concerns
- Assist buyers in connecting with relevant suppliers
- Help sellers understand lead requirements
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in CRM
- Ensure adherence to defined SLA/TAT standards
- Deliver a positive and seamless customer experience
? What We’re Looking For
✅ Excellent verbal communication skills in English & basic Hindi
✅ Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities
✅ Calm and professional approach while dealing with challenging situations
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
✅ Comfortable working with web-based CRM tools
✅ Customer-first attitude with a willingness to learn
