Role Description The Customer Service Representative will handle daily interactions with clients, responding to inquiries, providing property information, and guiding clients through the real estate process. This role involves managing phone, email, and in-person communication, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every touchpoint. The representative will maintain accurate records of client interactions, coordinate with the sales and operations teams, and support follow-up activities to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

This is a full-time,



on-site role based in Noida, requiring consistent availability during business hours and close collaboration with internal stakeholders.
