WE ARE HIRING | CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER – AMC & TECHNICAL SERVICES

Premium Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (PTSPL) is expanding its service operations team and is looking for a Service Coordinator who can take ownership of customer service coordination from complaint registration through final closure.

This is not a pure back-office/data-entry role. The position involves active coordination with customers, technicians, service partners, vendors and the internal technical team.

? LocationNavi Mumbai

? Salary₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills and overall suitability.

? What You Will HandleYou will be responsible for coordinating multiple AMC and technical service activities, including:

- Breakdown complaint registration and tracking
- Technician allocation and site-visit coordination
- Preventive Maintenance (PM/PPM) planning and monitoring
- Monitoring SLA / TAT and ensuring timely closure
- Daily follow-up with technicians and service partners
- Obtaining service reports, photographs and technical observations
- Coordinating quotations, BOQs, approvals and POs
- Tracking material/spare requirements and OEM dependencies
- Customer communication and regular service updates
- Monitoring pending and ageing complaints
- Coordinating rectification work after technical inspection
- Maintaining service trackers and preparing daily/weekly MIS
- Supporting billing and invoice documentation
- Escalating delayed or critical cases to the management
- Ensuring that every complaint is properly documented and closed

?️ Technical Awareness RequiredYou do not need to be an engineer or an expert technician. However, you should have enough technical awareness to understand and coordinate service requirements.

You should be familiar with basic terminology such as:





AC / HVAC | UPS / Inverter | Electrical | PCB | Compressor | Capacitor | Fan Motor | PM | Breakdown | BOQ | PO | AMC | SLA | TAT

You should be able to understand what a technician is reporting, communicate the requirement to the customer and know when a matter needs to be escalated to the technical team.

? The Candidate We Are Looking ForWe are particularly interested in candidates who have worked in:

- HVAC / AC service coordination
- Facility Management
- AMC / Maintenance coordination
- Electrical service coordination
- UPS / Inverter service
- Technical helpdesk / service desk
- Engineering service companies
- Customer service coordination involving field technicians

Experience: 1–3 years preferred. More key than a particular qualification is your ability to:

✅ Work confidently on Excel / Google Sheets

✅ Maintain accurate trackers and documentation

✅ Understand basic technical requirements

✅ Escalate issues at the right time

✅ Learn quickly and grow with the organisation
