Customer Service Executive (Inbound)

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have prior BPO experience, excellent English communication skills, and a strong customer-service mindset.

- Location: Vipul Tech Square, Golf Course Road, Sector 43, Gurugram Sector 43, Gurugram
- Work Mode: Onsite
- Shift: Day Shift
- Working Hours: 8 Hours
- Experience: Minimum 7 months in BPO
- Qualification: Graduation Mandatory
- BPO Experience: Mandatory
- CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA, based on experience and interview performance

- ? Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.




- Follow established processes, guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer and interaction records.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer issues when required.
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Meet assigned performance and service-quality targets.
