KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist walk-in airport passengers with cab booking services
Proactively approach passengers and offer booking assistance
Convert customer inquiries into confirmed cab bookings
Explain cab options, fares, routes & estimated travel times
Coordinate with the Pickup Team for timely cab allocation
Accurately enter booking details into the system
Handle customer queries and provide polite & qualified support
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
Maintain a presentable and welcoming counter environment looking for fresher (Rotational shift)
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
