As a Customer Service Executive at Diginsta, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. - Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat

- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions




- Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
