As a Customer Service representative at Asd India Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails, address customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction with our products and services. Additionally, you will accurately document customer interactions, update customer accounts, and collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a positive and patient attitude. Previous customer service experience and proficiency in computer systems are preferred. - Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and emails promptly and professionally

- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service throughout the organization
- Resolve customer issues in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Keep thorough and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
