Job Purpose To provide efficient technical service, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and customer support for Plasma Motors electric vehicles, ensuring vehicles are maintained in safe and proper working condition.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues in electric scooters/vehicles.

- Perform servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of electric vehicles.

- Check and troubleshoot electrical and electronic components such as wiring, controllers, motors, sensors, switches, and displays.

- Inspect and troubleshoot battery-related issues and follow prescribed safety procedures while handling batteries.

- Identify faults using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.

- Perform vehicle inspection before and after service.

- Replace faulty or damaged components as per company guidelines.

- Ensure proper fitting and testing of spare parts and components.

- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate technical solutions.

- Explain vehicle-related technical issues and service requirements to customers when required.





- Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, replaced parts, and vehicle complaints.

- Complete service/job cards properly and submit them to the concerned department.

- Coordinate with the Service Manager and technical team for major or unresolved issues.

- Follow company-defined service procedures, technical standards, and safety guidelines.

- Keep service tools, equipment, and work areas clean and properly maintained.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned service jobs.

- Report recurring technical problems to the Service Manager for further action.

- Support warranty-related inspections and documentation as per company policy.

- Stay updated with recent vehicle models, technologies, and service procedures.

- Perform any other service-related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
