Experience Range

Freshers to 8 Years

- 0–1 Year: Customer Support / Voice / Non-Voice / International BPO
- 1–3 Years: Customer Service / International Voice / Technical Support / Process Associate
- 3–5 Years: Senior Customer Support / SME / Senior Process Associate
- 5–8 Years: Team Lead / Senior SME / Customer Service Specialist / Operations Support

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice, email, chat or other support channels.
- Resolve customer issues accurately within defined SLAs.
- Handle complaints, escalations and service requests.




- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Update customer information and interactions in CRM/ticketing systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Follow process guidelines, SOPs and compliance requirements.
- Meet productivity and quality parameters such as CSAT, AHT, FCR and Quality.

Eligibility
- Graduate / Undergraduate / Diploma / PUC depending on process.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- International customer handling experience preferred.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts where applicable.
