Job Overview:We are hiring Business Development Executives who will be responsible for converting potential leads into active premium clients. If you have excellent convincing skills, understand the stock market, and love earning huge incentives, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Conversion: Call potential investors from the provided database and pitch our stock market advisory packages.
- Sales Strategy: Understand client requirements (Equity, Commodity, Futures & Options) and recommend appropriate subscription plans.
- Target Achievement:



Meet daily calling minutes and monthly revenue/sales targets consistently.
- Client Relationship: Maintain a strong relationship with existing clients for renewals and references.
- Market Update: Stay updated with daily stock market trends (Nifty, Bank Nifty, BSE, NSE) to pitch confidently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of sales experience in a Stock Market Advisory, Wealth Management, or BFSI sector.
- Market Knowledge: Good understanding of financial markets, trading, Demat accounts, and stock tips.
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi; basic understanding of English. Strong convincing and negotiation skills are a must.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling sales pressure.
