Key Responsibilities

- Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain solid and professional relationships with customers. Communicate with customers regarding their queries, requirements, and updates. Ensure a positive customer experience through timely and effective communication.

Customer

Follow-Up :

- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding bookings, payments, documentation, and other requirements. Keep track of pending customer requests and ensure timely follow-up. Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Query &
- Complaint Handling :
- Respond to customer queries and concerns professionally. Understand customer issues and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution. Follow up until customer concerns are properly addressed.

- CRM Management :




- Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system. Update customer interactions, follow-ups, requests, and status regularly. Prepare basic customer follow-up and status reports when required.

Performance Expectations

- Maintain timely and consistent customer follow-ups . Ensure accurate and updated CRM records . Respond to customer queries professionally and within the expected timeframe. Maintain strong customer relationships and a high standard of customer service. Ensure pending customer requests are properly tracked and followed up. Eligibility &

Experience

- Graduate in any discipline. 2–5 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, customer service, or real estate is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills and a customer-focused approach may also be considered. Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software will be an advantage.
