Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who can make customers come back. Again. And again. And again.

You’ll own customer retention, repeat purchase, lifecycle marketing, and CRM-led revenue across WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Push.

Key Responsibilities

- Own retention, repeat purchase, and CRM revenue .
- Build lifecycle journeys from 1st purchase → 2nd purchase → repeat customer → loyalist .
- Drive cross-sell, upsell, replenishment, win-back, and lapsed customer campaigns.
- Build customer segments using purchase behaviour, cohorts, RFM, and engagement data.
- Analyse retention, LTV, cohorts, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Run A/B tests across messaging, offers, timing, creatives, and segments.
- Manage CRM platforms such as KiwikEngage, MoEngage, Klaviyo , or similar.




- Use automation and AI to build personalised, scalable customer journeys.
- Work closely with performance marketing and creative teams to improve conversion and retention.

What We’re Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience in CRM, Retention, Lifecycle, or Growth Marketing .
- Strong understanding of D2C/ecommerce and consumer behaviour .
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of LTV, retention, cohorts, CAC, and conversion .
- Preference for candidates with performance marketing experience.
- Strong communication and copy sense.
- Highly experimental, data-driven, and comfortable taking ownership.
