Responsibilities
- Call customers for reviews and feedback
- Call past customers for new requirements and repeat orders
- Request photos, videos and Google reviews, and follow up on any issues until they're resolved
- Enter and maintain the transporter database in our Enquiry Management System and calculate freight
- Manage customer communication on WhatsApp and email
- Record and share factory dispatch videos
Requirements
- Fluent in Hindi and good in English (spoken and written)
- Clear, polite phone manner
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, email and basic Excel or web tools
- Organised, with good follow-up habits
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
Experience in customer support or sales is a plus.
