- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

- Maintain and update customer database and records

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, payments, and feedback

- Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer support

- Manage customer data in Excel, CRM, or software systems

- Resolve customer complaints and provide quick solutions

- Prepare daily calling and customer interaction reports

- Support marketing and promotional activities through customer communication

- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
