As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our company, representing Digitide Solutions Limited and its brand. Your primary focus will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and escalate potential customer risks or concerns to the appropriate teams.
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our customer offerings.




- Assist in developing and implementing customer engagement strategies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all customer interactions.

Qualifications

- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- A positive and professional demeanor, with a passion for customer service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies and processes.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
