We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive - BFSI to join a growing team in Gurugram / Noida. The role involves understanding customer requirements, explaining relevant financial products or services, maintaining a structured pipeline and building relationships over time.

Responsibilities

- Depending on the assignment, there may also be branch, field, partner or portfolio responsibilities and regular performance reporting.

- Customer-facing sales or relationship experience is useful, while relevant experience from other industries will also be considered.

- The role is suitable for someone who wants clear responsibility and room to grow rather than a position where every activity is closely supervised.

- The expected experience range is 0-4 years; solid candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.

- Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
